Hon. Justice Aikawa brought 8 October 2025, which is a National Workshop, as a New Date to Deliver Our Judgement (Wrong)

1. I, Anacho, sent a message to the Registrar of the Court, Mr. Jonathan at 11:44 am, via WhatsApp and posted as a comments to some Great BRICS leaders via the United Nation, and our President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that the judgment of our (suit no.: FHC/L/CS/388/2007) is tomorrow, 25 September 2025, but no notice as usual if Hon. Justice R M Aikawa is coming to Lagos or delivering via zoom. 

2. Around an hour later, at 12:50 pm, we received a message, which one can never reply, from Hon. Justice Aikawa via WhatsApp, as follows:

"Good afternoon counsel.

This is a reminder that Hon Justice R.M Aikawa will be sitting in Federal High Court Lagos division Ikoyi on Wednesday the 8th of October 2025.

Below is the list of matters fixed on that date:

It is good to notify the public that other cases are high profile criminals. Why must we of good Nnojap family be exposed to danger to die for our hard work of using Nigeria Government Authorized Bonafide Certificate (no. BD.12237/BON.118/Vol.I/55) to bring investments from Great China and Great Japan into our country, Nigeria.

3. We have notified Mr. Jonathan via WhatsApp at 1:12 pm that 8 October 2025 was for a National Workshop as seen above and we attached the screenshot to him to forward to Hon. Justice Aikawa to correct himself. But we have not gotten a response from Mr. Jonathan or Hon. Justice Aikawa as of 3:08 pm when we are making this post of exposing this wrong adjournment of 8 October 2025
