Chinedu Ozurumba, late Ifeanyi Ubah and Innoson Motors

 No one does business with a thief, and no one extends credit to a thief.  

1. One issue forced Chinedu the first son of Mr. Benjamin Ozurumba, who is from the same village, Umuokwaraji, Nkwerre, Imo State, as me, Anacho (but his father has been sanctioned out of our village meeting for atrocities for years and there is a strong rumor that Chinedu went to jail in Canada for raping a minor), he come to our house and expose that late Ifeanyi Ubah of Capital Oil from Nnewi area of Anambra met him in Canada, and convinced him to relocate to Lagos; that he will make him rich. That was why he, Chinedu, was living in one of the houses in our estate (without any single notice to me from him or his brothers; whereas, he constantly used to call my house in Tokyo for just greetings). Importantly, I had denied his junior brother Boni to enter my house, that was what made Chinedu to come to me. Chinedu said he had already bought many tankers and was doing oil and gas business with Ifeanyi Ubah. I asked him, “How did you get your workers and who guaranteed them?” He said that Ifeanyi Ubah introduced most of them and that there was no guarantor. I said without guarantor is a tragedy.  You can see the kind of family they are to be friends of this satanic Nnewi group.

2. I gave him a short story of an event when the Japanese Embassy was still in Lagos. I stood to take a picture with the Japanese Ambassador, Cosmas Maduka from Nnewi tried to interrupt the taking of the photo, but the Japanese Ambassador rejected his actaions. He later grabbed me as if we were friends and took a picture with me. Gabriel Emebo from Anam area of Anambra, who was the secretary for our Nigeria--Japan Association, came to our house with only the picture I took with Cosmas and told me that the one I took with the Ambassador could not be found. “If this group of people can deprive me of a common picture, how can you, Chinedu, my brother survive in their midst?” I never asked Chinedu the number of his house, to talk of visiting him, because I knew it was my life they were targeting; since they had poisoned me many times through lawyers, but I survived it.

3. In less than one year, Chinedu came back to me crying bitterly that all his tankers with products had been lost, including his laptop. He ran back to Canada. Unbelievable! I later discovered Chinedu Ozurumba had never rented any house in our estate. It was Nnewi man Ifeanyi Ubah's house he was living in. The idiot Chinedu had wanted me to follow him to fight Ifeanyi Ubah. I told him no as he had never told me when he had joined them. He was a Judas, trying to drag me into their midst with their foolish, blood-money, organized crime. They are finally paying with their own blood one after the other. 

4. This small devilish late Ifeanyi Ubah who demon has blocked his brain, failed to understand that my village man Chinedu Ozurumba had exposed to me the dirty thing he had done with him. Ifeanyi Ubah went and ordered Emeka, an engineer who took care of our diesel generators, to inform me to meet Andy Ubah and him in Sheraton Hotel; and Emeka did so. I asked Emeka why don’t they use their own phones to call me if their meeting is genuine. Both of us ended laughing at their tricks.

5. Recently when Ifeanyi Ubah was being arrested up and down, Emeka called me and asked if I still remembered Ifeanyi Ubah; that he didn’t know why they didn’t like to see or hear my name anywhere. I told him this was not an issue of like. The circumstances of the terrible evil of using our company’s name Nnojap to collect a fraudulent GT Bank loan of 2.4 billion by Innocent Chukwuma of INNOSON MOTORS, which they committed was now exposed.  I told Emeka I was lucky to have the idea about this fraudulent loan from Frank who is from Umuoji, Anambra State, lives and owns house 43 in our estate.  One time he had brought GT Bank staff to our office to have a meeting with me; that they had perfected the documents of collateral for the loan, if I agree with them, they will give me those forged documents to sign and apply for a loan.  I rejected their criminal idea immediately, that I didn’t live that kind of life and warned them to stay away from me. Frank and I were the only Igbo in the meeting.  DPP, which we are accusing of many evils, took Innocent Chukwuma and others to court without proper investigation; a desperate action to avoid us knowing that our company’s name Nnojap was involved.  Whereas the crime of bringing an empty container to us was duly investigated by the Police and the file was sent to DPP to charge to criminal court, but they exonerated all suspects with their fraudulent DPP Advice dated 8 July 2009.  Lagos State DPP’s worst: Police investigated the arsonist and charged to magistrate court, but DPP discharged the suspect with their fraudulent full-of-error advice dated 12 February, 2014. If Lagos State cannot respect Anacho who record shows, came to this state with huge sum of money and is established, I don’t know who else.  We wonder why Nigerian Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed cannot expose this atrocity by government officials to Federal Executive Council, NTA and presidency to formalize it and save Nigerians.   Our government pays so much for services and receives little or nothing from so many staff.  Ogunbensan and Alakija, their DPP Advice satanic work is sparkling here in these State supported crimes; and they received promotions to become judges for forcing Lagos State to bleed so long on top of Anacho, ordinary Igbo man with a good reputation both home and abroad.  

6. Nickolas Ukachukwu from Nnewi area, close ally of Murtala Nyako former Governor of Adamawa State and Zannah Mustapha, the former Deputy Governor of Borno State who was poisoned to death on 14 August 2015 in Adamawa State, hijacking and burning our house in Abuja has proved to me that they are desperate to have access to me.  If I went to Abuja to make a problem with him, they could have killed me; I would’ve died without knowing about Innoson and lawyer Macarthy Mbadugha in conjunction with Osuala and Ogboru's GT Bank fraudulent suicide loan they did in our company's name.  Their worst was their gift of a carton of fish on 11 November 2011 (11.11.11), which we only used to feed our dogs without knowing it was a poisoned carton of fish to wipe out our entire family and any living thing in our house. It ended the lives of our three dogs, Jack, Ninja and Kim. One time a northerner, Union Homes banker invited me to Abuja for a meeting about our house.  Nickolas Ukachukwu group delayed the meeting; what I received was a plotted fatal accident; I nearly lost my life and our best car, Mercedes 1000 SEL was destroyed; police is aware.  MD Abubakar has shared in many of our atrocities from his CP days to AIG to IGP, exposed fully in ARSON and attempted murder crime.  Justice Mohammed Nasiru Yunusa, who starved us (injustice) to make our civil suit no. FHC/L/CS/388/2007 endless, is from Borno State.  At this point we are confused, EFCC who should be in charge of fraud and criminal activities on our insurance claim based on our Facebook post, petitions and other information; the chairman Mr. Ibrahim Magu is also from Borno State.  In this circle how can an investor...........? in these Federal supported crimes.  Nicholas Ukachukwu and his group held our Abuja house from 2003, stealing 7 million naira per year. 21 years now, which is almost 150 million naira. 

7. This demonic Nnewi group trying this their evil on me, Anacho who doesn’t make friends easily, prove that they have murdered many people, especially Igbo businessmen for break-through (pastor), with this their devilish GT Bank fraudulent suicide loan.  They destroyed all our businesses, including Fidel Ononuju from Nnewi area conspiring with Nigerian Customs to bring an empty container to us in 2005, because I did not participate by signing the documents of the fraudulent loan.  Ononuju, wanting to profit from his wrong, soon after filed his criminal fundamental rights suit no. FHC/L/CS/199/2007 against us before Justice Binta Nyako, the wife of ex-navy officer Murtala Nyako and current judge for Nnamdi Kanu’s case. Ononuju's suit had no merit to be in the court, because there was no exhibit, just hearsay. I reported him to the Police because he brought an empty container and the Police never tortured him. He never went to a hospital for any treatment. But Binta Nyako accepted the empty case. As you can see, they are a criminal circle. Nigerians should learn from my lifestyle.  If I had signed those documents for the loan, they could’ve had access to invite me to a big hotel through the bankers and poison me; and they would’ve claimed the money alone, because they’re very greedy and wicked souls.

8. For me, Ifeanyi Ubah used his business of oil and gas to terrorize everyone, while his major business in partner with major tribes who control the institutions, was to use someone’s company’s name to obtain a loan and murder the person.  Anele who fought me in my village, Nkwerre, by going against the rule of our land and hijacked a part of our brother’s land, and built a filling station too close to our house; finally he lost his life.  I suspect Ifeanyi Ubah’s group was behind him, because Fadipe R. I, Director of Fire Service Lagos State, a Muslim, who lied against us to wrongly profit from our insurance claim, which led to the death of some witnesses, started building a filling station.  Immediately Ifeanyi Ubah had big problems, Fadipe’s filling station project stopped.  Lying against us is proof that Fadipe worked against rule of engagement of his duty, fantastically corrupt, more than taking bribe, because it led to this group that is after our lives to invade our insurance claim with Greenoaks Global Holdings and develop IPOB, both in Great Britain; the reason Nnamdi Kanu from Umuahia on his first visit to Nigeria looked for me in Lagos in 2014 (I was the only Igbo man with him from Lagos State, every other Igbo claimed diaspora), an action that shocked many of his close Lagos followers, including his coordinators; why me?- (non-clever deadly 419ers claiming freedom fighters; it is easy to trick and harm an Igbo man under Biafra struggle, especially an Igbo man wounded by our Nigeria government like us); we have exhibits to back these allegations.  We have a strong rumor that Fadipe is about to resign, it is better for Pres. Buhari/Osinbajo to treat our petition before he leaves office.  

9. When their multiple evil plans secretly organized by Tony Arinze (Nnewi man) failed, they planted Acetylene gas, fire and chemicals to murder our entire Japanese/Nigerian family in early 2012, they were disappointed again.  Gov. Ambode as a Redeemed Christian Church member knows most of our problems.  The Permanent Secretary and DAS workers were all Muslims; and they were the ones who checked how Lagos State Judiciary broke into our rented industrial warehouse and took away our marine engines, motorcycles etc, also to our showroom/office, before they told us to apply for money, which we applied in 2015; it is now nearly two years.  My elderly mother in Imo State is dying and my old mother-in-law in Great Japan, who because of what they did to us has been forced to become a widow, is dying.  When I talked to her through video message, her condition was sympathetic: she could not move; to talk of the families they tagged to us by killing their bread-winners in our issue.  With Lagos State money Ambode is able to give security and driver to his own mother.  Pres. Buhari/Osinbajo and the good people of Nigeria should speak up; that whatever Ambode wants to pay, he should pay; and to stop giving me instructions in his letters with reference no LGS.323/S.10/11/664 dated 15 March 2017, that Lagos State workers have no regard for, only to make me, Anacho -- who bears the full responsibility of my homes in both Great Japan and Nigeria -- drive to the Attorney General’s/DAS office to receive nothing but insults from people I’m not supposed to talk to, because the problem of what happened to our goods has been duly detected and it’s for the Governor and his executive to know how solve it. Since Sanwo-Olu came in, they have set a panel and found the strong truth from Lagos State staff who admitted that it was forced entry and no notice was given to us which shocked every body. They gave us a letter admitting their fault and equally exposed the lawyer (SAN) Ayodele who deceived them to do the terrible act in the name of killing us for their blood money. The goods in question are now multiple billions of naira. We honor the Most High/Kamisama in all our dealings, our way of life. We will continue to expose each step they took against us, including how I, Anacho, quickly discovered in 2014 that those Nnewi men in the pictures work with dangerous non -Igbo tribes that own and control the platform of IPOB.  Their early graves plotted against youths, especially Igbos, and the gravity of their fraudulent deadly criminality should be exposed without mask.

10. On 10 October 2018, Justice Olusola Williams of the Ikeja Division of the Lagos State High Court struck out EFCC's fraud case against Innocent Chukwuma of Innoson Motors due to EFCC's inability to produce Chukwuma in court. That any time Chukwuma is arrested, the case can be opened. The case against Innocent Chukwuma's GT Bank 2.4 billion naira fraudulent loan under our company's name Nnojap should not die. Even if he is an impersonation, he should be arrested for the crime he has inherited. Long before this, a Nnewi man who I had rendered financial help asked me if I had any problem with Innocent Chukwuma. I told him no, that I had never met Innoson. He told me that what he had heard about what they were planning to do with my name was very bad and I should be very careful.
