Our Stolen Motorcycles

The first batch of our Nnojap Super motorcycles AX100 arrived in the Apapa wharf in 2005. 

Nigerian Customs Service released our containers with one container empty. Migfo Bonded Terminal did the final release on 29 December, 2005. Ansell Dellis and Co, Clearing Agency, brought our containers to us. At the point of offloading, we discovered one container was empty. 

Nigerian Police indicted them in their report for conspiracy and stealing. 

Since early 2007, we have been in the Federal High Court, Ikoyi with our suit no. FHC/L/CS/388/07. The bad character of the corrupt lawyers has kept our suit, which entered trial in 2009, in court for over 14 years. In 2022, we got the opportunity from the judge to represent ourselves in the continuation of trial, which I, Anacho Innocent Uzomba, the 2nd Plaintiff and the President of the 1st Plaintiff, Nnojap Ventured Limited, will carry the responsibility.
