Alhaji Kassim and Alhaji Oladimeji in conjunction with Lagos State, possible with Alhaji Tinubu

    1. Alhaji Kassim S. A. Oladigbolu was building the foundation of 42 Oloto Street, Ebute Metta when he collected 4 years rent from us. In the middle of construction, he collected another 4 years, making it 8 years. The first floor, which we used for our office/showroom, Kassim only put blocks. Any other item was installed by us: the wiring, the doors, the windows, the burglar proof, the marbles, toilet system, plastering, POP, and the paint etc. We were in the process of installing it when an empty container was delivered to us in 2005. 2006, we started using the office and showroom.     2. After the arson in January 2012, upon Union Bank and its insurance company pressuring us to submit our insurance claim, we refused because Police were still investigating the crime. In March, Lagos State suddenly appeared in our office and packed Tohatsu marine engines and marine engine spare parts made in Great Japan and motorcycles made in Great China, also our worker Mr Yusuf Yahaya from Kogi State said they beat him up; (did same to our rented industrial warehouse) and immediately sold them. That we were owing Kassim one year rent, which was a pure lie; completely an abuse of our human rights by Lagos State. With panicking, we gave our bill to stop their threats to our family's lives, but up till this moment, the perpetrators outside and inside the Presidency are still holding our insurance claim as they are all corrupt.

 
    3. A small Yoruba boy, Coker Julius, was brought to my house by his mother and some Ilaje men who bought some marine engines from my company. His mother cried that they killed his father with cutlass and wanted to kill him, her only son. She begged me to accept her son. One of the Ilaje men stood as a guarantor for him. Coker started living with other young boys in my boy's quarter. He stayed to the level he started speaking Igbo language. 

    4. 2007, some monies went missing in our company. Coker and some workers ran away. The Yoruba man who guaranteed him promised to bring him, but the next thing we heard was the guarantor was poisoned to death. Since then, the plotting poison in my whiskey, which I suspected to be from him, stopped.  

    5. After the arson in early 2012, I met Coker's mother at the entrance of State CID, Panti Police. She told me Coker Julius was now a Redeemed Church pastor. Alhaji Tinubu's wife is a Redeemed Church pastor. I suspect that's how the boy entered my house, under the blood money of Tinubu.

    6. In July 2013, people called me that Alhaji Oladimeji, the owner of our shop in 29 Oloto Street, Ebute Metta, had removed our goods and opened our locked-up shop, where we had been selling fairly used marine engines and bikes from Great Japan, as if he wanted to rent it out. Being that Alhaji Oladimeji, I had financially assisted him so many times, uncountable, I knew that it was part of a trap to bring me close and poison me. I had also discovered how Alhaji Tinubu and Alhaji lawyer Fashola were destroying the evidence of arson with the corrupt Lagos State Fire Service and Police. I ignored to go. Less than 14 days, at midnight, the 29 Oloto three story building collapsed killing many people. At that time, we did not know this group had stolen our $63 million insurance claim via Union Bank.

 

    7. I had already called Festus Keyamo because of these multiple problems, especially the arson. He said I should send my brief to his office. I dropped a letter, and his office acknowledged it. Can you believe it,  lawyer Keyamo didn't call me to talk of replying. His actions against me proved that he used my information to join the fraudulent team of Yorubas' and some from Kogi State as regarding Kogi State S I Ameh (SAN) who were behind the stealing of our $63 million (dollars) in Union Bank and its insurance company. They used $20 million to buy used air planes from Emirate Air lines for Air Peace, then involved vulture lawyer Allen Onyema whose wife is from Kogi State to claim the abomination and he became the Air Peace manager. This is how our insurance claim is still hanging with so much drama from the Presidencies. Today Keyamo is now the Minister of Aviation and fully supports Air Peace. It is impossible for an Igbo man like Onyema to enter Union Bank, a Yoruba owned bank, and get away with a huge fraud.

   
8.No one does business with a thief, and no one extends credit to a thief. Beginning of 2014, SI Ameh (SAN) with Adindu and another Yoruba lawyer (I had met the two of them in late Gani Fawehinmi's SAN Chamber), Ameh asked me who I suspected was behind the arson and the delays to pay the insurance claim. I told him the first suspect was him. Since then I have never seen any of them. The same for lawyer McCarthy Mbadugha from Nnewi. 

9. Tinubu hung his name on top of the Local Government building in Ebute-Metta. These Alhajis are under his control. They are heartlessly hurting a man who was kind to them in the interest of blood money, secretly using our company's name for fraudulent bank loan and looting our insurance claim. All atrocities point to Tinubu with his sadistic group, which includes the governor. The entire world is watching, including the Nigerian Diaspora who know what hard work is. This deadly organized crime against out Nigerian/Japanese family can never be accepted in the global world of today. Watching and hurting us with institution that was actually made for good governance. Our rich life and investments were unlawfully destroyed, openly stolen in Lagos State.
