1. This is to notify the AIG Zone 2 Abiodun Alabi, AIG Ali, currently AIG Olatoye Durosinmi that there has been no response from his office regarding our letter to him dated and acknowledged on 21st February 2023. The letter is about my Police Investigation Report (reference no.: CR:3000/ZN.2/X/D2/VOL.52/64) dated 13 May 2011 of my Abuja House seized by Kola Okunola now retired AIG Zone 6 Calabar. The investigation was nearly concluded in Zone 2 in 2011. I flew to Abuja with IPO Sylvester (retired) who inspected the repair the culprit Nicholas Ukachukwu had done to the house, then we returned to Lagos. But the AIG Zone 2 Police has never officially handed over the house to me. Our letter to the AIG is now over months.

Kola Okunola and Solomon Arase
2. We are calling on Chairman Arase to make Police more accountable and transparent to Nigerians. It is my right to have the Police Report, not giving and taking it back through crook.

3. Kola Okunola, a Yoruba Kwara State man who married Fulani woman, took over the case from Bunmi Osoko, a Yoruba man who married Mbano woman, when the police investigation report was almost complete by Mr Etel and Mr Eze. Kola's deadly plot immediately he took over was Nicholas Ukachukwu from Nnewi burning my Abuja house and writing a petition to IGP Ringim demanding to transfer our case to Abuja with me Anacho who lives in lagos as being the suspect for burning my house. What was his mission? To poison me to death in detention for their fraudulent loan they might have done with our company's name (blood money) to finance their estate. Now the Police IG is Usman Baba. Currently IGP Kayode Egbetokun. (INTERPOL)

4. This Union Homes Abuja letter was what saved my life. It mentioned Snecou -- which was the company Nicholas Ukachukwu and Murtala Nyako, an ex-navy officer, used to loot Adamawa State's treasury -- was the one who put someone under illegal occupy into my house Plot no. C151. I gave a copy of this attachment to the new AIG Zone 2 then Mr Fakai. The AIG saw this copy which the original was supposed to be in their case file and was highly angry. They never knew everything my spy camera spectacle had a copy, including when Daniel Nwokedi told the AIG about putting another number on the house but his talking was unclear. The AIG ordered for Prince and Princess Estate with its manager Daniel Nwokedi RCC pastor and Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc with its staff Suleiman Bello Dikko to be charged for fraud. They were taken to the Igbosere Court. Copy of their charge sheet is intact with me. Through the intervention of faceless people and multiple pleadings, the suspects were released, and they rebuilt my house.

5. Our house remains Plot C151 which the estate facility managers marked House 17C. This facility manager marked number put without informing the house owners is part of how this Nnewi man, Nicholas Ukachukwu (an Anglican), conspired with other tribes in Union Homes to confuse and frustrate house owners. It was exactly what they did to me; to manipulate and kill the house owners with conflict, especially Igbos. But it boomeranged. Nicholas Ukachukwu is in hell for attempting his evil on our Japanese family.
