Judge Aikawa's Many Absences and late Mr Ilori and our land issue.

1. [Update] NBA/Former Kano Emir Sanusi, tell your Kano man to give us a date or quit. No more Rubbish. Our civil suit 388 was adjourned from 26 October, 2022 to 25th January 2023 for we, the Plaintiffs, and the two other defendants to cross examine the last witness which was Custom’s one witness. Judge R M Aikawa, Hausa/Fulani tribe from Kano State, was absent. He adjourned to 31st January 2023, same. He adjourned to 9th May 2023. The Registrar of the Court announced Judge Aikawa missed his flight from Kaduna State to Lagos. Since then, our civil suit no. 388/2007 under Aikawa's magic cultist Fiat is like Sine Die. No new actual date from October 2022 to October 2023. President of NBA, Yakubu Maikyau (SAN) why Fiat for defendant? Even when we the Plaintiffs applied for a copy of the magic cultist Fiat, the court could not give.

Knowing our case concerns foreign investors' interests from Great Japan and Great China and his previous absences, Judge Aikawa should have flown on 8th to protect the Nigerian Judiciary from negligence. In over 14 years, 9th May was the first time Customs’ witness appeared before the court and in his uniform. His counsel said he had come from Owerri, Imo State where Gov. Hope Uzodinma is in charge (dangerous). 

2. Circumstances of forged documents and plots to destroy our case prove satanic Archbishop Hezekiah Onukaogu of Living Christ Mission and vulture lawyer Dickson Osuala are behind this but they failed from all angles. There is much blood on their hands. Onitsha people where I, Innocent Uzomba, was born should spit Onukaogu out from his hiding place in their city. After stealing our $63 million (dollars) insurance claim around 2014, satanic Arch. Hezekiah gave demonic Dickson Osuala an AK47 militant escort. I asked the man where he was from. He said he was from Ogbaru in Anambra State. I posted about it on our Facebook in the issue of our three dead dogs. In one car with AK47, accidental discharge. I never saw the man with Osuala again. It is my duty to expose them to you. 

3. First, satanic Archbishop Hezekiah Onukogu used old man, Augustine Uzoukwu to smuggle his local yahoo yahoo criminal son, Uche Charles Uzoukwu, into my house in Prince and Princess Estate, Abuja. Arch. Hezekiah knew full well that Uche had a robbery gang in Aba, Abia State that robbed people under gun point. In 2016, satanic Archbishop Hezekiah via Uche Charles Uzoukwu used my name to forge a court document with a judicial stamp of quit notice against Shola Oladejo, a Redeemed Church member, with the intention to drag me to Abuja where I must lose my life. Someone leaked the secret to me. Uche apologized. This man of questionable character knew what he was doing was abomination. The person who leaked the information to me was soon dead. That is the handwork of Archbishop Hezekiah Onukogu.

4. Uche told me Mbano man and his mother put fire under his father's bed to burn him to death and his father died. That is satanic Hezekiah's practicing: putting asunder, brainwashing wife and children, conspire to stealing their inheritance, using Uche's mother to murder Uche's father. Satanic Hezekiah brainwashed Uche with his armed robbery gang to kill for him, or he would kill them. I hired Jide Taiwo Gwarinpa branch to manage my house. The manager, Mr Oguche, told me he was shocked. On the day he told Uche to leave my house, Uche was shouting whether I was a ghost that he could not see me in the village or in Abuja. Mr Oguche wondered why this man was desperate to see me. 

5. Second, in 2017, satanic Arch. Hezekiah and vulture lawyer Dickson Osuala with lawyer Nelly Egwuagha from Umuahia, a Redeemed Church member, planned to label me a thief of exhibit in Judge Aikawa’s court which would have led me to prison where they could poison me to death. Mr Adaka of Federal High Court Ikoyi helped me to get away from their evil track. All of them were disappointed and Mr Adaka is dead. 6. Third, in 2018, a Redeemed Church pastor Raymond Oyakilhome started building a church on one of our lands in Ibeju, Lekki without a single notice. Halfway into building the structure he called me and introduced himself that he wanted to buy my land. I told him I was not selling. He told me he wanted it for lease. I told him how Redeemed Church members had participated in what we were going through in Lagos; therefore, I had nothing to do with him. I called one Yoruba man, Mr Ilori, who sent the pictures of the Redeemed Christian Church structure to me. I posted the picture with Vice Pres. Pastor Yemi Osinbajo and Pastor Enoch Adeboye on Facebook, and the structure was removed. Mr Ilori sent pictures to me of him being sick on the hospital bed. In less than 14 days, I lost a friend, he died. The actions of Pastor Raymond implicate Pastor Adeboye involved in these atrocities of blood money. And satanic Arch. Hezekiah and vulture lawyer Dickson Osuala (from an Anglican family), who have their cultist No. 8 tagged on them, constantly using Adeboye's Redeemed members make things worse for them.

7.  Nicholas Ukachukwu from Nnewi of Prince and Princess Estate is an Anglican. His manager, Daniel Nwokedi, is a Redeemed Christian Church pastor. [Update: On 15th and 16th July 2023, we were in our house in Abuja. From my interaction with all the tenants, I discovered who they were. Why they did not want to sign any agreement or pay. It was scary knowledge, capital punishment, ritualist demonic organized crime. Armed robbers/yahoo-yahoo cultists led by suspect the Uche Uzoukwu. You must believe me. 8.   Satanic, toxic Arch. Hezekiah Onukaogu is a full-time murderer. He belongs to hellfire, living by the flesh and blood of his victims, while worshipping Yoruba, Hausa/Fulani Muslims for dirty protection.
