Dear Sir/Madam,
[Update: Ikeja electric workers came to our house around 2pm today, being 28 July 2023, and did their magic work. Our house started to have full light so bravo to those workers. They were from Okota branch. Thank you all  sooo much. Today is 27 June, 2023. In the over three weeks we posted this issue in the open media, Ikeja Electric has not sent their workers to solve it, exposing that the evil was done on purpose.]

1. We have used your pictures to draw your attention and to cover the hard talk in the body of the letter. This is our open petition to you against some of your Ikeja Electric workers who seem to be corrupt. This issue started from October 2016, the day your workers mounted the meter with no. 5415 0586 888 to our house, which our letter to you dated 10 November 2016 acknowledged by your Okota Branch on the same day exposed the problem, making it possible to trace the corrupt workers. We can e-mail to you the acknowledgment copy if you wish.

2. We have never enjoyed Ikeja Electric's electricity when other houses in our estate have light, mainly living on our generators, including just to charge phones. We have sent several complaints to your email address: customercare@ikejaelectric.com. They will respond that "Kindly be informed that your complaint has been forwarded to our technical team for further assistance." But the problem is still there. Even when electricity comes to our house, if we plug our phones, the electricity will disappear immediately. Our last email to you was on 22 May 2023. No response yet.

3. You can see how many years we have had patience and the huge money wasted before coming to the open media to enable you to bear with us for what we are going through in Lagos State for our Nigerian/Japanese family being good citizens, always resisting to be corrupt. We await your swift action to enable us to use electricity like others and punish whoever is involved, especially in your Amuwo-Odofin station that controls our Raji Rasaki Estate, to stop this organized crime from happening to other Nigerians, which we strongly believe are sponsored by faceless fraudsters (blood money) who always from underground abuse institutions to suffocate their victims to death. From the last meter no.888, it is clear that this crime is close to who many of us know as we remember the circumstances surrounding the arson of the same house.
