2. At the back of this main building, we built two units of one room and parlor with kitchen and two toilets and bathrooms each. It is currently occupied.
3. [UPDATE on 27 January 2025] After Mr Samuel informed me that he has a partner in Abuja to work with him regarding my house, I issued him a Power of Attorney dated 28 November 2024 to lawyer Samuel Eneonwuta, a Sir in the Anglican Church, to manage my house in Abuija under 10%. After he inspected my house, he sent the videos to my WhatsApp. He sent an Acceptance Letter dated Deecember 3, 2024; in it, he demanded N250,000 (naira) to prepare Quit Notices and serve to all the illegal occupants, which I remitted N100,000 on 15 December 2024 to his First Bank account number: 3018441238 and another N150,000 on 16 December 2024. As I attached the proofs of sending the money to his WhatsApp (phone no: 0803 308 1102), he replied with "Seen and received with thanks." This lawyer quit from managing my house and refused to return the money. Shameless scammer. We have a list of the many lawyers who have defrauded us in the same property.
4. A few days later, he started telling me over the phone how he had a feeling to write a letter of withdrawal. I told him anything you want to tell me, put it in writing. On 17 January 2025, over the phone again, he told me he wanted to withdraw. I told him I had been waiting for his letter of withdrawal.
5. On 23 January 2025, I sent this message to Samuel via WhatsApp, and I quote:
"Mr. Samuel Eneonwuta, You spoke to me many times that you wanted to send your letter to withdraw. On 17 January 2025, you promised to send your withdrawal letter within two days which would enable me to look for another lawyer. Being that you have failed many times, I am requesting my money back. Here is my account number:
1000497452
Zenith Bank
Innocent Anacho Uzomba."
6. Samuel Eneonwuta replied and I quote:
"I am not owing you any dime. Sending your account number to me is needless and pointless. Do not get me to have an impression about you that is quite unfortunate."
7. I was highly angry at his reply that proved he was a scammer. I copied it and texted it to retired Policeman Chris Okafor (phone no.: 0808 209 0105) who had introduced him, who I had known for a long time from the Festac Police Station. Both of them are from Enugu State.
8. Notice and blame to IGP Kayode Egbetokun, CP of FCT Command Olatunji Rilwan Disu and also FPRO Adejobi, protecting lives and properties is a lie,.apart from my petitions before them, I visited their offices despite the serious risk of threats against our lives fom the armed robbers illegally living in my house. Up till this moment, they have not sent their juniors to interrogate the murderers in my house, which would make my property free from abomination people. The Police are watching us lose 9 million naira yearly from 2003 till date.
