Open Petition 2: Police to Stop Threats Against My Life and Recover My Property from Cultists, Proved by Their Actions

[Update: FPRO (ACP) Olumuyiwa Adejobi, I sent a parcel to the Police Force Headquarters addressed to you. It was received by Tana A at 11:19 (am) today being, 23 October 2023. I have taken my stand in bringing law breakers before the Police and for the IGP and his FPRO to stop their ignorance of allowing these criminals who use my house as a hide out.]

1. We are calling on you, Sirs, to investigate the occupants in my property, which would lead to all of them leaving my property as all efforts proved that they are refusing to sign agreements. They are avoiding transparency, and rules and laws of renting a house. Waiting for the murder of the house owner before Nigeria Police acts is wrong. FPRO Olumuyiwa Adejobi must be familiar with my case as he was the one who minute it to the CRU. Police can equally involve anti cultism squads.

2. From the circumstances of documentary betrayal by the woman lawyer from Kogi State, Mr. Bala of CRU who works with the IPO in our case (with these two Phone Nos.: 0806 645 5372, 0802 636 1058 for confirmation of the genuineness of our complaints) introduced another lawyer who by name is Hausa or Fulani. His first move to my house was a serious betrayal against the contents of the documents I gave to him. Here is the proof of his betrayal.

3. Unit D4 is one room, but the lawyer wrote "One room and Parlour" in his document you are seeing here to pay one million naira for two years arrears from 2021 when I petitioned against Uche, the suspect, to the Police. Unit C is half of the parlour with the Master's Bedroom but the lawyer wrote "One room and Parlour, a sitting room and store - 'now a room'" in the document to pay two million naira for two years arrears. The same annual rental value since 2015.

4. Mr. President, how can a genuine foreign investors, who some of them need translators, come to our country of over two hundred million people if those who can read can be shameless and do this kind of open betrayal to themselves in favour of those who are occupying my property. We are calling on the IGP to carry out his security duties by investigating these occupants in my property, who refused to sign agreements, used my name to commit impersonation and threatened my life.

5. This is the betrayal of the Kogi woman lawyer.
Documentary betrayal of woman lawyer's to Uche Charles Uzoukwu
The document she served to the prime suspect, Uche Charles Uzoukwu, who lives in one room (Unit D5) to pay four million naira for 8 years arrears with mistake in the date; and the person who signed for Uche did not mention the relationship. I asked her to correct her mistake: that Uche should sign for himself or if someone would sign for him, they should mention their relationship if he is a roommate and put his phone number. Instead of doing the correction, she quit. We are calling on the Nigerian Bar Assocation President Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau (SAN), do the actions of these two lawyers represent your organization? Definitely not; their betrayal was too strong because lawyers do not play with documentary evidence.

6. Up till October, both lawyer and CRU policeman Mr. Bala have not returned my money one hundred thousand (100,000) naira, which the lawyer collected, as I demanded. His betrayal cannot be regard as a professional fee. Good Nigerians or any other person can call them to return our money, as Mr. Bala's phone numbers are in paragraph 2 and the lawyer's phone number is in his betrayal document.
