UPDATE: Pres. Tinubu, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, CJN Ariwoola, FHC CJ Tsoho, the National Assembly, the Governors, and the President's media team and special assistants, the Court Registrar has informed us that Hon. Justice Aikawa has confirmed the dates. No more conflict. I witnessed a strong sign of the Presidency which brought about the end we posted on 8 November, 2023: the Sucess.

1. Attention: Pres. Tinubu, CJN Ariwoola, FHC CJ Tsoho, the National Assembly and the Governors. After one year of waiting for Hon. Justice Aikawa to bring a court date to cross examine Nigeria Customs Service's One Witness to end this overdue civil suit (no. FHC/L/CS/388/2007), the Court Registrar brought a date on Friday, 20 October, 2023. The new date of 1st and 2nd November, 2023 was written as a judicial workshop.

2. On Monday, 23 October, 2023, I sent my findings to the WhatsApp of Nigeria Customs Service and Minister of Finance's counsel. The junior counsel later commented: Duly noted Sir. I sent to the Private Bonded Terminal's counsel. He later commented: Ok. And also to the Clearing Agent's counsel and the Registrar of the Court who had brought the date. My findings is stated:

"     "November 1 @ 9:00 am - November 2 @ 4:00 pm

Workshop on Oil and Gas for Judicial Officers in collaboration with Oil

Producers Trade Section (OPTS) of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce

and Industry, Lagos State (Justices of the Court of Appeal and Judges of

the Federal High Court)"

"Hello, Mr. Jonathan, I was calling you about this finding that the 1st November 2023 you brought was for a judicial workshop. Remember, it happened last time. That date was a workshop and Judge Aikawa did not come. You have to send this message to Judge Aikawa as soon as possible as there is still time to amend it.        "

[Actually, the date was 21st and 22nd June, 2023 and the judicial workshop was in Abuja. Justice Aikawa did not come to Lagos.]

3. The Court Registrar replied:

"Good evening sir.

I have forwarded the message you sent me to his lordship Hon Justice Aikawa and he said he was not aware of the seminar but that he was going to find out whether he is among the judges attending the seminar or not, and revert back to me in due course.

I am still waiting to hear from him"

4. Sirs, nearly 24 hours later, Hon. Justice Aikawa who said he was not aware of the seminar, but he would find out, has not come back to inform us if he would attend his fiat cases or not. This is the Court Registrar's number: 0803 837 3847. It is easy to communicate with Justice Aikawa through him and clear the situation. The global media remains the fastest to reach those in high authority, to encourage the Diaspora who may want to invest in our country and Foreign Investors that cultism and corruption cannot hold Nigeria down anymore. Nigerians should help to ensure this message gets to those it may concern to tell the CJN and CJ to assist Justice Aikawa to inform us that he is coming to finish our case that day because he has already told us that he had no idea about the workshop, so that all the parties will be prepared without any further confusion.
