SUCCESS of the End of Our Suit No. FHC/L/CS/388/2007 of Empty Container, OVER 17 Years
Nigeria Customs posted on X.com (Twitter) on 31 July 2024 "Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, Instructs Officers and Men of the Nigeria Customs Service to Uphold Citizens' Rights While Ensuring Comprehensive Safety and Sustenance of the Economic Supply Chain"
Customs to uphold citizen's rights and diasporas to start from our civil suit FHC/L/CS/388/2007 against Nigeria Customs Service Board and others. It is easy for them to follow the ruling of the retired Chief Judge Hon. Justice Abutu dated 23rd November 2010, in page 10, "pursue settlement..." Barr. Ajakaiye preferred to die than doing the right thing by sending this information to settle us to the Nigeria Customs Board and Customs Boss and he actually died. If what Customs is saying is true, let them put their statement into action in the witness of Great BRICS, Great G7, UN, World Customs Organization, and the good citizens of Nigeria with the Presidency.
1.[Updated: 26 June 2024. 2nd and 3rd paragraphs.] Yes, Hon. Justice R. M Aikawa sat in our case today, 8 Nov 2023. Anacho cross examining Nigeria Customs Service's witness brought the case to an end. All parties are to Final Written Address. Bravo to the Presidency with his media and Special Assistants, the Judiciary, the Governors, and the National Assembly; also our friends, the Great leaders of G7, Great leaders of BRICS. Sure, we are in a hurry to come back to business to contribute to the economy, creating jobs and training the youth.
2. Adamu, a Hausa/Fulani man, from Nigeria Customs Legal Department was the first lawyer defending Nigeria Customs Service Board and others. He vanished. Ajakaiye, a Yoruba man, from Nigeria Customs Legal Department took over. Soon, he vanished. Both of them have died. Instead of Nigeria Customs Service to apologize to a Nigerian citizen who lived in Tokyo and brought investors from Great Japan and Great China, they went on and hired a private law firm, defending an abomination for 18 years. Update: For sure, all the defendants have filed their Final Written Address. We the plaintiffs filed our Final before the Hon. Court.in middle of November 2024,
3. At the time we started this case, the exchange rate was 130 naira per dollar. Divide it with our general damage and multiply it with the current rate of 1,700 naira per dollar. They must know that it is now 20 billion naira which is subject to the smart decision of the Hon. Judge. Are they telling the whole world that from 2005 till now, no intelligent man has ever been a Comptroller General of Customs who can stop the fire that is burning them for breaking the Rules of International Trade and Federal Government lay down procedure for Joint Examination? No single respect for Comprehensive Marine Cargo Insurance which means total loss paid by marine insurance but Nigeria Customs broke the rules. Our family's beautiful life was completely destroyed, including an arson, before all the authorities of Federal and Lagos State for investing in my country Nigeria. So Customs's empty vessel crime of 2005.
