Presidency, NASS, Ministry of Police Affairs to Ask IGP to Order his Men to Remove Attempted Murderers from My House. 0nly 1st-4th Defendants Failed to File Final Written Address, Leading to the Hole, case by case

 

1. Uche Charles Uzoukwu, who is from my village and was introduced by his late father, started living in my Abuja house. Soon he forged a document in my name. He allowed people to enter my house without signing the agreement I had sent to him via email. His evil traps could easily end someone's life. 16 July 2023 was the day I met him clearly and I discovered he had robbed me with his gang of my new brand Chevrolet Blazer in 1999 under gunpoint. I thought his father was my relation; whereas, they and Bishop Victor Obi Onukaogu (Daddy Hezekiah) conspired to steal my destiny, our family's wealth. It is easy for the authorities to discover their crimes, because they are not clever; primitive who never care about justice for themselves. 

2. Upon our petitions, CP of Abuja Command and IGP have failed to remove the criminals living in our house in Prince and Princess Estate, Abuja. This made us to lose 9 million naira per year from 2003, amounting to 198 million naira now. The man I had seen at the entrance and another with a little big body I had met inside of my house that day on 16 July 2023 when I had discovered Uche Charles Uzoukwu was an armed robber who had robbed me, it was a shock to me that they were among the men who had killed the Brigadier General on 22 June 2024 in the Apo area of Abuja where my house is. That means if we had hired a taxi to drop us at my house and later we would find another taxi, Uche would have murdered us, because he knew we were coming that day. The taxi driver we were constantly using came that day with his brother, which might have scared them. Danger in buying property in the hands of devilish Ukachukwu Nnewi man.

3. Emmanuel Ohaya, who said he had lived in Festac, and on that particular day of 16 July 2023, he said he had been coming back from the table tennis club where he had been playing with major generals. I focused on him because I had other people's phone numbers but I never knew he had been living in my house. He is from Amaigbo town, near my town. Among my 5 company workers who have been murdered and whose families live in Aba, Abia/Imo State, I have traced the blood of my two relations who lived in my boy's quarter and worked in our company to Onukaogu, Daddy Hezekiah and Emmanuel. My relations and he were members of Hezekiah Onukaogu's church (Living Christ Mission). Very dangerous group.

4. Ayodele, a Yoruba man living in my house, must be working with Ayodele (SAN) who used lies in his letter with Lagos State to forcefully break into our industrial warehouse and showroom to steal our motorcycles and marine engines etc which the amount is over 2.5 billion naira now. Lagos State has admitted their fault with their letter to us but is still unable to solve the problem. 

5. Jibola Daramola, the Yoruba man living with his wife and children who said he was a Redeemed Church pastor RCC Fire who works in the laboratory of Chicason, an Nnewi man. Another Redeemed Church man who is no longer living in my house, Uche mentioned his name, Shola Oladejo, in the forged document. 

6. Raphael Joseph, also an occupant living with his mother and sister, I traced him that he was from the same village in Nkwerre Local Government as Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, Rochas Okorocha’s in-law. One of my half-brothers from my Uzomba polygamous family married from his village. And one time that woman had forcefully put a pastor in my village house to drag me to the village, but I used the power of open media to expose the pastor. Nkwerre Police visited my house. Over the phone, he apologized and left. 

7. One of Raphael Joseph's brother, a Japanese woman had met him in Aba, Abia State with his relations and brought him to Lagos to show my family as a friend of her black husband. That man had never told me he was from Nkwerre. I asked the Japanese woman recently about the man. She said she had left her husband with the children and had married an asian man; that they were all scammers. I sent Uche Uzoukwu's photo to the woman that all of them lived in Aba and I had seen Uche in my Abuja house on 16 July 2023 and had discovered he was the person who had robbed me of my new Chevrolet Blazer under gun point in 1999. The woman was shocked that the people she was calling scammers were armed robbers, kidnappers, cultists, and hired assassins. I suspect her former black husband must have been one of the men Archbishop Hezekiah Onukaogu trafficked to Great Japan. 

8. Isa Akwanga, a Muslim from Nasarawa State, told me one time he was getting money from the Sultan Muhammadu Sa'adu Abubakar III of Sokoto, a retired military man, the terror, to pay his rent which he has never paid. Just more you look, less you see. They were scared of paying into my bank account.

9. Kola Okunola (Okunlola), a Muslim from Kwara State, who seized the Police Report of this very same Abuja house was promoted to the Commissioner of Police Sokoto State. He then upgraded to Calabar, Cross River as the AIG. Whether he gave the Sultan of Sokoto our case file, because Zone 2 Police admin department informed me that while the Police Report (reference no.: CR:3000/ZN.2/X/D2/VOL.52/64) dated 13 May 2011 is from them, all the information regarding our case had been removed from their system. 

10. Our judge who is handling our case under Fiat, Justice R. M. Aikawa, a Muslim from Kano State, was transferred from Sokoto State to our court in Lagos. Up till this moment in July, only the Nnewi man, the Clearing Agent, the 1st - 4th Defendants have failed to file their Final Written Address. You can see that these criminals gathering together to murder us are planning to fraudulently use our former lawyer Dickson Osuala, who has tried to kill me many times as he was involved in the GTBank fraudulent loan in our company's name, to claim our Federal High Court case money. They have done it in our insurance money which has killed many of them; they have done a lot of fraud on our lives. We are vigilant to expose any dangerous action they make to higher authorities.

11. In our Raji Rasaki Estate, Lagos State, our neighbour, an Anambra man, broke a hole in the demarcation wall, an action to murder us. But our dog's barking scared them. We wrote two petitions dated April 2024 to the DPO Festac; one was two pages, the other was three pages. Another attempted crime by another Anambra man made us to write a seven-page petition with two exhibits to the Area Command dated May 2024. In the Area Commander's office on 27 June 2024, the Anambra man said on February he had been voted to manage the residents in the estate. You can see within two months of the Anambra man being voted in, the attempted murder happened; an open dangerous action that has never happened in this estate since 1998 when I bought and started living in my house.

12. We are calling on the Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation and Minister of Police Affairs, Sen. Ibrahim Gaidam, and IGP Kayode Egbetokun to request for copies of the petitions with my statements, which will contribute in encouraging the Police to remove the illegal occupants in my Abuja house. Because Nnewi man, the devil pasto Nicholas Ukachukwu, has already understood that the armed robber Uche who was supposed to kill me has ran away, confirmed by Mr. Taiwo of Police HQ CRU. It is clear Nicholas is using his brothers who live inside our estate in Lagos to harm us.  

13. On 4 May 2024, in IGP’s home state, Ogun State, a Landlord was killed by his tenant. Up till now the Police cannot find their suspect. Many other cases like that. The worst is our own is not tenant because they refused to sign agreements. They are not legally living in my house. They are targeting to kill me. And they will deny if they succeed that they have never lived in my house as there is no documentary evidence of them in my house.  We always bring references, including previous crimes that have happened to us.

14. This is my investigation. Police should remove all of them from my house. No lawyer can manage them as they are evil and they do not want to lose their life. Let the world see what a man and his family are going through for over 22 years investing in Nigeria. Many atrocities. The Anambra neighbour  seriously hit and broke this hole in an attempt to murder us. On the same night, the Pastor who bought and is rebuilding House 55A opposite our house in Raji Rasaki Estate, there were loud construction noises from his house. This proves that the devil pasto was working for devil pasto Nicholas Ukachukwu, a friend of Murtala Nyako, an ex-navy office from Adamawa State. The DPO's office sent a Policeman who videoed the scene of the crime. I also videoed him in action in case the Police lost their own exhibit.

15. Mr. President, I am doing the investigation by myself which is why I am able to bring vital information to you by sending comprehensive petitions to you via your Special Adviser Chief Ajuri Ngelale via DHL waybill no.: 9760305310 delivered on 4 January 2024 at 12:21pm and received by Taiwo Mailroom which I have not done for any other president from 2005 till date because I know you have a listening ear and you can get to the root of the crime. You are capable. And the leaders of UN. Great BRICS and Great G7 will always assist you, our country and my Japan-Nigeria family. As you can see, we alerted our estate security who went into our neighbor's compound immediately. They tried to cover the hole with a tire and disturbed the security to properly video it.
