Open Petition: Great World Leaders, Nigeria Presidency to Ask the Judiciary to Deliver Judgment in Our Case As It Regards International Trade

 [UPDATE]  Feb just ended. We are now in March. If Justice Aikawa is dead or alive, no one knows. Nearly one year. The Federal High Court staff under him are angry because he does not pick their calls or reply their text messages. Pres. Tinubu and the judiciary should let the world know that they are fully in control of the country under the rule of law. Let us know the next step for our Final Written Address in our civil suit of over 18 years.

1. The story of facts: Under Justice R. M. Aikawa's magic Fiat, our case (suit no.: FHC/L/CS/388/2007) ended on 8 November 2023. Nigeria Customs filed their Final Written Address some time in December 2023. The Private Bonded Terminal/Warehouse filed some time in May 2024. The last Defendant, the Clearing Agent, filed on 4th November 2024. We, the Plaintiffs, filed on 15th November 2024.  27 November 2024 was for the adoption of Final Written Addresses.

2. On 27 November 2024, we were in the Federal High Court, Ikoyi. Actually, the Registrar of the Court, Mr. Jonathan from Kogi State, had been constantly sending messages for each adjournment for which Justice Aikawa failed to appear, including this latest adjournment,  and as it stands now, there is no new date. It is now sine die. Mr. Jonathan's message against Justice Aikawa, I quote: 

        "Good evening counsel.

        Please, be informed that I am yet to receive any response from Hon Justice R M Aikawa
        to know if he will be coming to Lagos or not to hear his fiat matters scheduled for
        this week despite sending him reminders. This is the present position.

        Thank you."

3. Sir, pardon me to expose the threats to our lives linked to R. M Aikawa by listening to my YouTube video from 22:38 min: Anacho Exposes the Truth that's Held Nigeria Down. I mentioned a letter dated 28 June 2021 with 17 exhibits, including the exhibit of a threat to my life before Justice Aikawa. This letter was addressed to the Judge who had taken over from Justice Aikawa, Justice Daniel Emeka Osiagor, that we as the Plaintiffs did not need any Fiat. We have the acknowledgment from the court.

4. The same letter went to the Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho, and we have an acknowledgment from his office. The Chief Justice of Nigeria, the Presidency, the National Assembly, and some great leaders of Great BRICS, and some great leaders of Great G7 received via courier service. We are grateful to those chiefs in high authority, because our prayer with our letter to the three arms of government dated 28 June 2021 and our YouTube video was granted and we have started doing our case by ourselves till this end on 8 November 2023. [UPDATE] We are now pleading and waiting for judgment on or before the end of February 2025 in accordance with the 3 months mandated time of the Federal High Court rules with the explanation in our letter dated 8 December 2024, which is with all the high personnel, including our Nigerian President and ECOWAS President H.E. Dr. Omar Alieu Touray in Abuja, who are concerned, as the tracking record proved. We await your swift decision to end this cruelly long civil suit. 

5. Surprisingly, Justice Aikawa hijacked our case with a fake fiat, and other cases that I saw involved criminals. Those cases are as follows:

ii) FHC/L/462C/2011: ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION VS UCHECHUKWU NWABIE & ANOR
iii) FHC/L/199C/2017: FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA VS PAUL NKWUDA AMAGU
iv) FHC/L/08C/2012: ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION VS MICHAEL ACHUGBUE
v) FHC/L/120C/2013: ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION VS OLUSOLA OJO & ORS

6. If R. M Aikawa is so in love with criminal cases, why did he fail to inform Lagos State DPP to revise their advice, which is Exhibit 16 in our case, to bring before him the Customs staff who released our containers with one empty, who are Alhaji Bapetel Umaru and Alhaji Shuaibu, as Police indicted them for stealing in their Final Police Report, which is Exhibit 20 in our case. These men are Hausa/Fulani tribe like him. R M Aikawa is heartlessly exposing my daughter who was born in Great Japan and is constantly attending Aikawa's court with me to high profile criminals, possibly to murder her father and impersonate and claim our money and forcefully marry her, while his children who he birthed in Kano are schooling abroad with blood money. 

7. I bring before you, Sir, Isa Akwanga who is into mining, lives in Unit D2 in my house in Apo Area of Abuja, informed me that it was the Sultan of Sokoto, Sultan Muhammad Sa'ad Abubakar III, a retired military man, paying his house rent. Their frustrations of not allowing me to get rent from my house in Abuja forced me to travel to Abuja. On 16 July 2023, I visited my Abuja house. I met Uche Charles Uzoukwu from Nkwerre, the same village as me, with two other men in my compound. I discovered that Uche had been the armed robber who had robbed me of my Chevrolet Blazer, an abomination that killed many men in our village who knew about it without exposing it, including his father who was burned to death. All his actions were a threat to my life. It has been exposed, Emmanuel Ohaya set up many plans to murder us without us knowing him; both were executing Aba type of atrocity, cultism as armed robbers and informants of corrupt Fulani and Yoruba in the police against their targeted tribe's genuine  rich men like me. Upon discovering him, he knows fully well that he is going to face capital punishment for being an enemy of the world. 

8. That same day, in the compound I met Emmanuel Ohaya from Amaigbo in Nwangele Local Government, Imo State, who lives in Apartment B. He told me that he had just returned from playing lawn tennis with his friends who were retired army generals. The most dangerous human being, a scammer, an Anglican who murdered his poor wife to target wives of rich men, he is in a crime for profit. They conspired and stole nine million naira yearly from our Abuja house from 2003 till this 2025, which is nearly 200 million naira, with the awareness of FCT CP, FPRO ACP OLUMUYIWA  Adejobi and IGP Kayode, who corruptly ignored our petitions with the exhibits of fraud: forgery under my name addressed to them. Ohaya was living in my house without my knowledge. As I felt a lot of threats to my life, me and my daughter returned to Lagos. 

9. On 22 June 2024, a retired army brigadier general was killed in his home in the Apo Area of Abuja. The two men I had met with Uche Uzoukwu, regarding paragraph 7, were among the suspects who had murdered the brigadier general. One of them mentioned in the video below that he was from Kano State. The other mentioned that he was from Kaduna State. As of that time, Justice Aikawa was a judge in the Federal High Court, Kaduna. Some thing that wonders me is that many dangerous actions point to Justice Aikawa who is from Kano State was transferred from Sokoto State to our court in Lagos in 2017.

10. I draw your attention, Sir, since 2017 when R M Aikawa came into our court, including the time of his fake fiat, the traps to brutally kill me both in Lagos and in Abuja became much more serious and open. But they have constantly failed. We have gotten enough authentic information that Justice Aikawa would rather die than give judgment in our case after he has exposed us to criminals with his slow trial for more than 7 years. I believe this information because apart from a one-time Zoom court, from November 2023 when the case ended, Justice Aikawa has failed to uphold the rules of the Federal High Court which could have led to him giving judgment within 6 months; and he has never visited Lagos up till this December regarding our case, which is more than one year since the case ended. 

11. The Great Leaders of Great BRICS, UN, and Great Leaders of Great G7, ECOWAS, Presidency, to see the reason to approach the Nigeria Judiciary with the CJN Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun and CJ John Tsoho to persuade the current judge in our court, Justice Daniel Osiagor, to deliver judgment in our case, or any other means as we deserve justice for our brand motorcycles Nnojap Super AX100 manufactured in Great China and brought to Apapa Port by Great Japan shipping company but was stolen in a Private dry port in 2005.
