Media Remains the Fastest to Reach those in High Authorities

1. Open letter to Distinguished Senate President Akpabio, you commented that you will not run the Nigerian Senate based on social media posts. When the institutions are failing the citizens, they will have no option than to go to the media.

2. I remind you that we sent two letters to you dated 7 and 8 December 2024 via Red Star Express and they were received by Christabel Ekanem on 10 December 2024. Your response especially to our letter dated 8 December 2024, which the information was comprehensive with all relevant exhibits, could have removed us from Justice Aikawa's bondage of death. The registrar working under him said his actions were out of wickedness. After the filing of Final Written Addresses, the judge refused to bring a date for adoption which would bring about delivering judgment.

3. You can put yourself in our shoes. After being in Nigerian courts for over 18 years, this is what we are receiving. Issues exposed via media, it depends on the content, whether they are deserving of attention. That is how good governance works in the world of today. We still hope that you will correct yourself and act in a manner where this type of your big talk can be unopposed.
