1. On 29 May 2025, Hon. Justice R M Aikawa sat over our civil suit: Nnojap Ventures Ltd vs Ansell Dellis & Co Ltd, Nigeria Customs Service Board and others. All the defendants' cousnels and we, the Plaintiffs, adopted our Final Written Addresses. The honourable judge adjourned for judgment. We of Nnojap Ventures Ltd. are bringing this notice to our President, CJN, FHC CJ and leaders of the Great Coutnries who we carried along in our journey of our civil suit against the negligence and rough-handling of our missing imported motorcycles in containers that happened in 2005 by the Defendants. It is over 20 years now. Bravo to all who have helped us as we await the judgement with a special order from the Presidency which will enable us to return to business as soon as possible and employ and train especially Nigerian youths living in Lagos State where our company is stationed. . .
