Open Petition to the IGP Kayode Egbetokun to Save Our Lives and Property from House Grabbers/Thieves Who Stole Our Money

 

1. My petition dated 13 July, 2023 to the IGP Kayode Egbetokun sent by courier service was minute to the Complaint Response Unit (CRU) of the Police Force Headquarters. We also demand that the Police should interrogate all the occupants in my house, also mentioned in my statement in the CRU.  

2. On 16 July, 2023, I went to my house Plot C151, Prince and Princess Estate, Abuja. That was the first time I met Uche Charles Uzoukwu. What I saw was a ritualist, an armed robber who needs no gun license, cultist and a murderer. There was blood on his hands. It is not an easy word to say, but it is true; and I have more proof. I interacted with the people who occupied my house. I was more scared that they were members of Redeemed Christian Church (Yorubas), who Pastor Enoch Adeboye is their general overseer and members of Living Christ Mission (Igbos) owned by Archbishop Onukaogu. Some of them claimed to be lawyers. These are the people who are directly behind what we are going through in Lagos, including the arson of our house in Lagos. Hataraki nai otoko Nicholas Ukachukwu, the sadistic Nnewi man and Uche Charles Uzoukwu who grew up in Aba Abia State have been holding our Abuja house for over 21 years, losing 7 million naira yearly from 2003 till date. They have fraudulently stolen 147 million naira from me. Nigeria Police and the IGP should do something against these criminals holding my house as a trap to murder me. Kindly tear this devil out of me. They believe so much in blood  money with forgery in my name, also cospiring with Police, especially taking someone's company's name to collect a fraudulent loan and using trickish ways to murder the person. I knew some Yorubas in the top ranks of police were among the cultist groups who murdered many people in looting our wealth which exposed my Abuja house is their last target to eliminate me.

3. Uche from 2015 was renting my house without giving the agreements for over eight years (dishonest and selfish service) I emailed tenace agreements to him, which would have made the occupants to pay directly into my Union Bank account mentioned in the agreements, total amount of 7 million naira per year; and he played tricks with his own rent. The IPO in the CRU was shocked when I gave him my Statement of Account. And the house was always fully occupied by the same group. [If you visit my posts on 20 December 2022 and 14 May 2023 you will see clearly Uche's forgery with my name and impersonating by signing as if it were me, which would have led to eventually murdering me; and the consequences of their deadly cultist actions that take away lives.] In the CRU, after Uche made his statement, he started telling the Police he wanted to go to the hospital. He tried to get away from the Police quickly.  

4. No lawyer can manage the house. Apart from the previous Kogi State house agent and Igbo lawyers I hired when I was in Lagos who had been corrupted and gone, I hired another lawyer from Kogi State in Abuja to manage my house. The lawyer showed signs of corruption, regarding the units in my house, so I went and marked unit numbers. For example: the two units of one room and parlour, each with two toilets and a bathroom and kitchen were marked A and B. Three rooms with toilets and bathrooms each, were marked D3, D4, and D5. The big storeroom with half of the large parlour was marked D2. Master's Bedroom and half of the large parlour were marked C. Then, I left back to Lagos on 25 July, 2023. These markings helped me to know that the lawyer had betrayed me. I sent the proof to some officers working in the CRU, including the IPO working on our case, via their WhatsApp.

5. One of the officers in the CRU introduced another lawyer, Hausa/Fulani from the North. As close as 3 September, 2023, that lawyer did worse, which I sent the documentary proof of his terrible betrayal to many policemen in the CRU. This church group in my house are terrors. It is clearer now that this cultist Uche used the money he embezzled from my house to destroy anyone I hired from managing my house. It is unlawful for someone to live in a house without any agreement and not pay money to the house owner. Truthfully, Nigerian institutions are the ones marginalizing Igbo people which can be labeled to Yoruba, Fulani and Hausa tribes who are in the control of the intuitions. I urged the current IGP Kayode and the Police to act. Only Police intervention will make this dangerous church group to end their grab on my house and get away. But they have ignored all my petitions with exhibits. All Nigerians should call on the Police to do a good job in my house, not only when someone is murdered, they would like to do their job, as the criminals are using my house as a trap. I deserve to have control over my house which I bought since 2003 under Union Home PLC. IGP, to bring this to your notice, that AIG Zone 2 Lagos recovered my house from Pastor Nicholas Ukachukwu in 2011. The same heads of cultist churches that their names in this open petition used the suspect's father to smuggle him into my house, which I am begging you to investigate, which will lead to the removal of all the occupants in my house.

Hezekiah Onukaogu, murderer, their blood money has wasted many lives in Igbo land, especially Imo State.
